I think I'm a diaper snob

We bought some BJs brand because they're SO much cheaper than Pampers.  They seem to do the trick but then a friend gave me some Pampers Sensitives that her son outgrew and I remembered how much I love them and for silly reasons.  I love the softness and the smell.  To the point that I want to spend the extra money on them.  Did you read that?  I want to pay more money for diapers because I like the way the feel TO ME (not Aiden) and because they smell good.  Um, yeah.  I think I've lost my mind.

    We've been using regular pampers and a friend of mine gave me a pampers sensitive one b/c I needed a diaper. Man, I forgot how soft those things were! They're so nice! I'm tempted to buy a box b/c I love them too.

    If they feel good to you, they probably feel good for your LO too! :)

    LOL, i'm like that, but with wipes-I buy huggies diapers but buy pampers wipes because they smell nice and I think they're so soft

    I seriously HATE the BJs diapers! I'm giving the whole box to daycare so they have to deal with them everyday instead of me :P

    Ok well I should say that I have a "very sensitive sniffer" according to my husband.  I can tell who has been standing at my desk while I was away just by the lingering perfume haha

    But to me they smell baby powdery...like I remember new Cabbage Patch dolls smelling.  Yup, dork.

    When I read your title, I thought "Oh me too!"  I just bought a box of Sensatives in size 3 and they are different.  They have dry max in the size 3 and don't have the wetness strip.  I like that for daycare.  Now I don't know what to buy!!  Any one have any suggestions?

    This is too funny because I said to Ryan "They're not soft - I'm giving them to day care to use."  And he said "So what you're really saying is that you don't care that they aren't soft for AIDEN, just you?"  Um, yup, that's what I'm saying haha

    Oh noooo.  He's still been using 2s but I didn't know this about the 3s!  I'm going to hunt and see if I can find any older packages.  Dry max is probably fine but I just don't care to deal with it just in case.  Crap.

    I was thinking the same thing, the tops of their heads used to smell like baby powder.  Dork over here too!!

    The size 3's and bigger are new so there aren't any older packages. :( DD had a reaction to dry max when she was 4 weeks old. Just redness not a rash. I'm sure she would probably be fine in them but I don't want to take a chance. I bought a box of Pampers Baby Dry and they are okay but nothing like the Sensitives. I may try the huggies pure & natural like PP suggested. I'll let you know!

    Definitely this!!  I love the smell of the Pampers diapers ^_^

    I use Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive for the same reasons. DD is using Up&Up brand (Target) right now because they were given to me but after those are out we will go back to Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive.

    EDIT: Sensitives smell like baby powder. I love them.

    haha, I mentioned to my fi a couple weeks ago that I like Pampers so much because I LOVE the way they smell! He thought I was weird for that...but it's the truth. I also love the smell of Pamper's wipes. We had a pack of Luvs diapers that someone had given us as a gift...so I used them. It made me realize how much I loved the Pampers! Luvs=gross.
