Love, love, LOVE DH's new job

He's finally really happy AND in a position that will mean big things for him career-track wise.

But more importantly, he's close enough that we can do the occasional lunch date! Just got back from over-eating at said date and shall have to pay penance on the yoga mat tonight... and the treadmill and the... oh screw it! The damage I did simply cannot be undone.

    Eh, enjoy the delicious over-eating on the occasional lunch dates!  I'm glad he's got something that makes him happy too :)

    I wish my DH & I worked closer together!

    Ummm, we were a pretty massive FAIL.

    It was all of this standing side-by-side or back to back and doing stuff together. Only I'm a foot shorter so none of it worked. The whole reach up and take your partner's hand? Yeah, I could only reach his elbow.

    He's actually agreed to come to weekly, semi-private classes where the instructor will change the class to yogolf... yeah... apparently there is such a thing (yoga for golf).

    It's probably all hooey and will just be a plain old yoga class but whatever gets him to the mat.

    Oh and he was having NONE of the chanting. And we it came time to sing the peace song? Yeah, he just started giggling...

    this is great! while my Dh is not happy at his job, the perks are long lunches we can have together and he can leave early a lot so we have nice evenings together. . . it makes the day so much better!

    and yogolf? must look for this!

    m/c#1 07/16/08 (11 weeks), m/c#2 10/10/08 (8 weeks). and then nothing since except every test possible (no answers). IUI#1 and #2: BFNs Super lucky to be buddies with Peetie. Our out of nowhere, surprise DD born 5/29/2011

    So glad to hear your dh has an awesome new job. That is great that dh will go back to yoga with you. I don't think I could get my dh to go unless I took care of him beforehand.
