Log cabin baby shower Akron/ Canton

Hi all,

 I was wondering if anyone knows of a facility to rent in Akron/ Canton area for a baby shower that is a log cabin type building with a fireplace, if so, where!!!?  Thanks!

    Not sure how much you are looking to spend but this is where I was going to have my wedding but baby decided it wanted to make its arrival first so we put the wedding on hold!  It does have that rustic feel to it, I fell in love with the place when I had my tour. 

     Happy Days Lodge is the name of the place.  If you click the link and then there is also a link in with all the descriptions that asks you if you want to see more pictures of the extraordinary spaces.

    If a pavilion would be ok, the Octagon picnic shelter in the CVNP (in Peninsula) has a covered picnic area with central fireplace and restrooms (w/ running water).

    I would check into the metro parks in your area, they usually have something of this nature. As someone else mentioned, the metroparks in Peninsula have some nice ones.
