I just made one with a blank for each day. It was a 4 week chart. By the time we got to week 2, we had stopped doing stickers and so forth. Just a simple grid on posterboard. She loved it cause she could go show Daddy when he got home from work. We had diff stickers for pee and poop. The poop stickers were BIG!

Yeah, I just use a piece of construction paper, with a section for each day. He gets a smiley face for every pee (no poos yet, so we'll cross that when we come to it), a small x for each accident (for my purposes), and a star for each time he initiates. He used to get stickers for each pee/poo, but seemed to go off them. I may bring them out again as I have a ton to use up and it makes the chart prettier!
