My boobs

Are deflated. Is there anything I can do besides implants? When I stop BFing will they go backto normal?

Re: My boobs

  • My experience has been that they are deflated even more after breastfeeding is over due to how large they got during pg and breastfeeding, then losing the baby weight doesn't help that area either.

  • I'm wondering the same thing...will they ever go back or are implants/lift in the future for me??

  • I'm 99% sure they don't go back to pre-pg without surgical help.  Sad

  • I have been VERY concerned about this same matter.  My BBs got a lot bigger than I ever expected when BF and are now deflated.  It feels like there is no fat/tissue or hardly anything in there.

I'm sure surgery is the long term answer, but in the meantime, I'm going to try and workout chest more to see if I can build some more muscle back.
