Calling all Vegans!

ok, so my mom has a dinner party this weekend. Its a small church group of 8. One couple is vegan. Can you please lend me your dinner ideas??

    DH and I used to be vegan, our go to meal was, tofu stir fry. What is your mom thinking about making? I'm sure there is a vegan sustitute for whatever is not vegan.

    Hello,

    I am not a vegan, but one of my best friends is.  This is her website which has a some of her vegan recipes.  I have had some of her meals and they are delicious, especially the shephards pie...yum!
