For the cookie swap that is. Just came across this recipe for Southern Comfort Carmel Apple Pie. It's the first time in my life that I've ever felt inspired to actually make a pie. Plus it would double dip into my duties for the liquor committee. Stick out tongue

Actually, you just gave me a great idea. Maybe I could just make the filling and put it in those little pastry shell things. Might have to do a taste test to see if it works.
