So DH picked up a new game for xbox today...Medal Of Honor - Some war shooting game..Well, my DH can't just sit there and play nicely..Of course he is playing online with his friends, and has to yell and get mad about everything..His dialog goes something like this:

"Stupid mfcking noob-toober!!"
"That's it, I'm camping, I don't give a sh!t."
"What the fvck man - what do you have to do to hit someone with a sniper rifle in this game!?"
"WTH - I totally shot him, HOW IS HE NOT DEAD!"
"Ha HA, Fvck yeah!! I sniped him!"
etc, etc...Use your imagination and colorful assortment of curse words, and I'm sure he's used them...

((sigh))..I'm just so happy I have you ladies to keep me sane...:)

DH got the new Halo game a couple weeks ago. Soon it will be Call of Duty. I completely understand! His conversations are quite similar. Luckily he likes to watch Glee so he didn't play tonight Wink

My DH does the same, but not online, and half the time it's a football game. He yells at the tv watching real games, but when it's a video game version of football it goes to a whole new level. I don't understand the emotional investment in a game of a game. Hey, at least it gives us time to bump!

At least I'm not alone! lol..He hasn't played in a while, so I have to give him that..DH was never into Halo..but he is into COD..We have about one month until the new COD comes out..Yikes!

Ahhhhh, not a new COD. Whenever dh gets a new game he plays it hardcore for a few months and then loses interest. The bad thing is when he's playing he won't let me get online because he says it slows him down and makes him lag. He better not try cutting in on my bump time when he gets the new one. I feel your pain on the yelling at the tv.

DH does the same thing..EXCEPT, he's gone through quite a number of controllers.. he was at a friends house playing Madden (football), and got so mad, he threw the controller down on the ground, and it broke...It still worked, even though there were pieces hanging off it..Then he got really mad, went outside, and threw it in the street (kind of a main road), and it broke even more..THEN, he waited for a car to run it over..Instead of a car, it was a semi-truck that ran it over..Needless to say, it didn't work after that..lol

Haha DH and I used to play Halo2 like a few years back and he use to speak like that. I used to be awful at that game until one day I beat him and his friends and their jaw just dropped I just smiled Angel lol they didn't know I was practicing while they were at work!

However now DH and I play a different game on PC but I think we will be getting Call of Duty next month and I am pretty sure he will make me play Sad but I give him the excuse I am bumping and he leaves me alone for awhile but not long enough!

Yep..Unfortunately, Black Ops comes out next month..DH does the same thing - he plays it non-stop like it's his job, then after a few months, he lays off it for a little while..usually just in time for a new game to come out..

Ah I feel your pain. DH is a big gamer. He hasn't been playing a lot recently because he's saving up time for the new Guild Wars coming out sometime next year. He will then probably like take a week off of work and play 24/7.

I constantly LOL at the things I overhear him saying to his friends while they are playing.

Mine is playing Call of Duty, Modern Warfare 2 right now!!! lol and yelling the SAME things...I particularly laughed at the What the Hell, I totally shot him!!! line because I've heard this MANY times lol
