BC pills after baby ?
I breastfed and pumped until E was 5 months old (just finished the freezer stash today). My period started the day after my last breastfeeding session. I have had 3 periods since then and have been on the pill since a week after it started. The first cycle I knew would be messed up. The second cycle my period lasted for 12 days and was moderate. This current cycle my period was very light but again, it lasted for 11 days.
When you started birth control pills again were your cycles normal? Did you take the same strength/perscription as before you got pregnant?
My hormones are all over the place and I go to my OB/Gyn for a well check this thursday. I want to know if this is normal or if it is my PCOS or something else. My hormones haven't been normal since I was pregnant and I can't take it much longer.
Dx: PCOS and short luteal phase
18 cycles (3 with our RE) - Metformin + Clomid + HCG booster did the trick!

I didn't have my first pp period until after I quit BFing and took a full cycle of pills. The first one was very light and probably 5 days after my last pill, but it only lasted 5 days or so.
Who knows what the next one will be like...
