They served Indian food at the wedding and one of the dishes was Tika Masala (nothing like Chicken Marsala except that there is chicken in it and they sound alike).
I have never been a fan of Indian food, mostly because I find it to be too spicy. OMG was this food good, especially the Tika Masala. Even Gabe liked it.

Re: s/o Chicken Marsala
Pioneer Woman has a recipe for Tika Masala!
I
Indian food. My roommate in college was Indian and I used to LOVE when her parents came for a visit!! Nomnoms
Did they have Tandoori? What about korma? OMG.
Dude, when are you coming to visit NY? I'll take you to an Indian place that will blow.your.mind.
Linky? I've not had a reason to check out Pioneer Woman as of yet, but a Tika Masala recipe would do it for me.
I think my problem is that I've never had someone come with me to order. My BIL says you can order almost any dish mild, regardless of what the menu says. I'm also scared to order anything besides curried chicken because I never know what will be spicy and what won't.
They had some kind of chicken (might have been Tandoori, I don't know) and Samosas for an appetizer. The three main dishes were Aloo Gobi, Tika Masala and a beef with peppers dish that I can't remember the name of. They also had a vegetable rice dish (Pulao? I think?!) and Naan.
I didn't get to eat much because I was pretty busy between running after Gabe, making sure he ate and keeping up with wedding details, but I really wish I had gone back for seconds now.
I freaking love Samosa.
This! Pioneer Woman is the best!
There are a couple new Indian restaurants that I have been dying to try. I wonder if I can talk DH into it tonight.
