Hi girls

I recognize some of you from when I was a regular on BOTB many moons ago. I'm not sure how ya'll are with questions from people that aren't regular posters, but I figured I'd give it a whirl.

My DD is 2 and change and DH and I are on our 13th cycle TTC baby number two. I got pregnant with DD unassisted, but this go round I was not ovulating. I'm being treated with Clomid and that seems to be helping. DH just got back his SA and it's not so hot. He has a second one scheduled and I have an HSG on Friday.

Anyway, this is probably a silly question, but at this point I would do about anything. Are there any supplements that actually help with sperm count and motility? We are doing diet modification and following all recs, but I figured this could not hurt.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

    One- I can not believe that baby is two years old!  

    Two- If you are seeing an OB/GYN, run far far away and get thee to an RE.  Hey that rhymed.

    Anyways, you shouldn't have started the Clomid without getting all the testing done first because all the Clomid in the world isn't going to help if you have a blocked tube or are working with no/crappy sperm.

    As for supplements, I have no idea. 

    Fuuck TTC - I'm moving on.

    Ditto the RE.  Ours did prescribe a pill for my husband that he called Fert-aid but I think it was a combo of zinc and lots of B-vitamins

    She is almost 2 1/2, Mandy! It's insane how fast it went.

    We start seeing the RE next week.

    Zinc

    L-Carnetine

    1000mg Vit. C

    a men's multi

    and a couple others I can't remember right now (hey, it's been 2 years)

    I bought all mine cheap at www.puritan.com

    plus he made sure not to wear tight undies (actually, he opted for none), and the RE restricted alcohol to 1 drink per week, and caffeine to 1 drink per day.
