question about AF (tmi)

So I've been rethinking about CD1 and now I am thinking it may have been Sat and not Sun. On Sat I started cramping and used 1 tampon that was probably about 1/3 filled (sorry TMI), then Sunday I started off I guess medium flow, which then got very heavy, and today was very heavy as well. Would CD1 be Sat or Sun? Originally I thought Sat was spotting but I've been reading other posts (regarding spotting but not needing a tampon/pad) so now I am thinking it was more than that.

    That's a tough call, but I would lean toward if it wasn't much of anything on Sat, then I would count Sunday as CD1.

    I would call Sunday day 1, but that is just me.  GL!

    I count that if it's enough to where you need a pad or tampon (not a pantyliner) than it's CD1.

    I go by the rule Red blood = CD1

    Thanks ladies. I asked on T TTC too and I ended up changing CD1 to Saturday. We'll see how this cycle goes!
