Side to Side Swings

My baby hates his front to back swing no matter what I do. Anyone recommend a side to side swing?  Maybe he will like it better?

Re: Side to Side Swings

  • We have the FP Rainforest Open Top Cradle Swing.  Kohl's I think still has it on sale for $59.99 which is a great deal.  DS hated it at first, now he likes it a little.  We only use the side to side motion, he also hates front to back.

  • My baby loved her boppy travel swing. She hated her side to side as well.
  • We have the Graco Sweetpeace which you can turn either way you want, the seat comes out so you can turn it, or you can use a Graco carseat in it if you want instead of the seat that comes with it. DS loves it and falls asleep in it every night!

  • we have the FP rainforest cradle swing, and it turns to go either way.

  • we have the FP starlight one and DS loves it!

Ps, saw it @ kolh's online for 50% off!! Wish I had scored that deal!! Never, ever has it been cheaper!

  • I also have the Graco Sweet Peace Swing.  DS loves it.  He naps in it during the day.  It's quite pricey.  If I had to do it all over again, I probably would have gotten the FP Rainforest swing.  It plugs in and still can swing side to side.  Plus, it has more things to look at.  I think DS can get bored in his swing, there is nothing to look at.  But to nap in it's great!

  • We have the FP Aquarium swing, and it will go either back and forth or side to side.... I love it, as did my 3 y/o niece and now baby boy.
