Have any of you experienced hot flashes? Today I've been having major hot flashes....where i get REALLY hot and start sweating and then after a couple minutes it's gone and i'm freezing with goose bumps. Is this normal?? WTH??

They're completely normal, and they suck! I usually get them when we go out somewhere or when I'm grocery shopping.

I get these at night. One minute I'm hot the next minute I'm cold. I don't understand it.

I got them too last night....i woke up a couple times so sweaty...it's been happening all day at work today. i hate going from buring up sweating to freezing cold with goose bumps...it's just crazy. I never had this with my first pregnancy...at least not that i remember.

Wow i'm glad to hear this....I was nice and cozy in bed last night. Then at about 2am I woke up and I was in a complete sweat! What the heck?? I've never had this before!
