This week is very exciting for me!
* On Wednesday morning I get my last U/S. It's been 7 weeks since our last one and I'm dying to see Joaquin again and see how big he is. We will also get some more awesome 3d shots that I can stare at for hours.
* On Thursday morning I go in for my OB check-up and first internal and a possible fetal fibronectin test. I'm weird, I know, but I'm excited about this. Depending on what my OB finds, I may be released from bed rest, which would be amazing.
* I will be 35 weeks on Thursday, so if these BH contractions turn into real contractions, my OB won't stop anything at that point.
* My OB said that at this point if Joaquin were to come a bit early that there are no long term health risks and the worst case scenario (statistically speaking) is a less than one-week stay in the NICU. Obviously, I'd like to avoid a NICU stay at all, but it is reassuring to hear that any health issues would be short-term.
* I may be able to reduce my Procardia intake after Thursday, which makes me happy because taking so many pills makes me nervous.
