IVF Ladies - A Question

I go in tomorrow for my suppression check.  It is just b/w though and no u/s. 

Yesterday was my last day of BCPs after being on them almost 5weeks because I had cysts.  I went in last week (before starting the lupron) and he said the cysts were gone and counted the follies so do you think that is why I don't have to have an u/s tomorrow?

The nurse said as long as my b/w looks good, I will start stimming on Thursday.  I am just nervous that somehow the lupron caused cysts but I guess maybe the b/w would show that?

Ahhhh this process is making me nutty!  I know I should just trust what they tell me to do but I am worry too much.

Me: PCOS, Blood/Immune Issues DH: Low all 3
Jun.- Sep. 2010 IUI#1-#3 = BFN
Oct. 2010 = IVF #1 = B/G Twins (passed away Feb. 2011)
May 2011 = Myomectomy and trans-abdominal cerclage (TAC)
Sep. 2011 = Surprise BFP = C/P
Feb. 2012 = sFET #1 = BFN
Feb.2012 = Hail Mary IUI #4 = BFN
April/May 2012 = FET #2 w/our last two embies = BFP (Please let this be it!)
Beta #1 8dp5/6dt = 234 Beta #2 10dp5/6dt = 695 Beta #3 12dp5/6dt = 1796 Beta #4 17dp5/6dt = 17,888 U/S #1 May 17, 2012 = Twins
Baby B's heart stop beating at 9 weeks 5 days
Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    I know I hear ya lady. I can't help but question things either like checking my b/w and looking at the different levels and how they have changed and what it might mean. I am sorry I don't have an answer to your question.

    I think that if you have a cyst, you should have elevated estrogen that will show in your b/w.  Good Luck tomorrow!

    I am not able to answer your question...but just wanted to say I am so excited for your cycle!!! I'm going w/ Dr. Zouves for IVF in December. He seems so incredibly thorough.

    He is!  Which is why I shouldn't be questioning this but I am just so terrified something is going to go wrong and this cycle is going to be canceled.  It is sillly...

    It's not silly at all! What about writing Dr. Z a quick e-mail? I've heard he responds super fast.

    For my first IVF, I had an u/s the day I started lupron.  The sonographer told me if I didn't have any cysts that day, then I should be good for my entire IVF cycle.  I did not have another u/s before starting my stims so I'm sure if your b/w comes back fine, you are good to go!
