My local board is a ghost town. Are they all like this??

Yep...did you see my post about the the girl who just posted about being "prego" over there. She is nuts...I remember her from my knot days...she was always saying "internet hugs" in all her posts.

I think maybe it's because they're just so time-consuming to find in the first place. I mean, I know it's only a few clicks, and I know how to find them, but if it were linked [say, a bookmark to my local board] I know I'd be there more often. I just stick to the relevant boards linked on the left here.

Mine's pretty busy normally, but a bunch of people have had kids in the last few months so it's quieter right now.

Ugh I am SOOO lazy. I haven't even washed my scrubs yet and I have to be there in 2 hours. So much for a nap.

I stopped checking mine after first tri. It was always dead. I have seen some comments on here that make me think it might have picked up a bit after I left but there was never anything going on when I checked!

Plus I hated the weekly check-ins because they were just soooooooo long.

This...I only posted on the Chicago board a couple times b/c it seemed no one was ever there. I was kind of surprised, but the trimester boards are just so much more interesting!

My LA board is pretty dry too, I mainly post here and on December 2010 anyway but whenever I stop in it is a ghost town too.

The NYC board is dead too. It's too bad. It would've been nice to get to know a few other moms in New York since none of my friends have kids yet. Oh well.
