Time-zone change and temping question...

So I'm going to Denver on Thursday (2 hour time zone difference), and will be there until Sunday. I usually take my temp at 4:30am my time..When I'm in Denver, should I take my temp at 4:30am mountain time (Which would be really be 6:30am Pa time - and 2 hours later than I usually temp)??? Or should I wake up at 2:30am Denver time, which would equate to my normal temping time at home?? I'm so confused! lol..The concept of time zones has always confused me anyway, and now I have to add temping into the mix..haha..
