Spotting before AF?

Hi ladies,

I was just wondering if any of you had had spotting just before first AF after your m/c (I had spotting for about 3-4 weeks after D&C, but never spotted before AF prior to m/c).  I am hoping AF in on her way in just a day or two, but have had light pink/red spotting yesterday and today.  Hoping for "flow" tomorrow or Tuesday so AF can get here and then we can move forward to "officially" TTC, as this is our TTA cycle.

    My experience is way different than yours (my m/c), but I did spot for one day before AF showed up in full effect. 

    Prior to being pg, this was my norm too. I can see I have been absolutely no help! Sorry!

     

    Just one more thing... YAY for TTC cycle!

    I started at 3 weeks and 3 days, but my RE had me start birth control the day I started so I only bleed for 2 days.

    I had literally a couple of bright red spots the day before AF started. It was kind of weird, normally i have a tiny bit of bleeding which I normally count as "spotting" so it was definitely different.

    I spotted on a Friday and was POSITIVE it was AF, but it was a false alarm because later that night, and the whole next day, nothing.  Then, because everything had been so off, I thought maybe I had ovulated instead, and had some ovulation bleeding (my doctor had told me I MIGHT ovulate after the D&C, but to wait until after the first cycle to TTC again) -- then 2 days after I spotted, AF started with a BANG and I bled heavily for 8 days.  I never spot during ovulation or before AF arrives, so it was definitely strange.  But I think that's the way things go after a miscarriage - its completely up for grabs, how your body will react and regulate. 

     Hope your spotting means AF will start in a day or two!!
