daycare in n monmouth county recommendations?

hello,

 i'm new to the board.  i'm really enjoying all the info provided.

i'm due in just over a week and have just begun researching options for childcare (which i'll need around march).

does anyone have any recommendations around the hazlet area?  i'm open to a center, in-home or even having someone come to my home.

 any advice would be appreciated!  thanks!!  :)

    Hi, I'm not using any day care as I have family and friends willing to watch my LO once he comes in December.  However, I have heard good things about KinderCare.  It's in Belford and I know they take newborns.

    When I lived in Hazlet recently I started my newborn at Holmdel Preschool.  I also looked at Goddard and The Growing Tree because they're all within 5 or so miles of each other. We ended up switching to The Growing Tree and were very happy with them. A lot of our neighbors were there, and several parents had made the move before us.  Goddard was intriguing, but in the end just too costly. Good luck with everything!
