How do you link your chart?

I know how to do the ticker on FF but I wanted to just have a hyperlink like some of you have that says BFP Chart which will link to my FF chart. Can someone help me with linking it? TIA!

When you're on the chart page, over on the left there is a purple box My Home Page in that long list. When you click to that page it opens a specialized URL for your most recent chart(s)

For example, this is mine- you want to use the link that shows a page like this for you, then add it as a link in your signature
