Starting Potty Training

I need any advise & tips that you have. I want to potty train my daughter. shes 2yrs & 4mo. Shes really interested in it but she just wont sit on the toilet for long enough to even go potty. Shes been watching movies about potty training. But I need some help. Tips & Advise would be greatly appreciated.

    she totally has. all week she's been "going to the potty" getting undressed & sitting on the potty. but she doesn't sit for long enough to actually go. she has a few times. peed probably 2 or 3 times & a lucky poop once. but shes been telling us for a while now everytime after she goes in her diaper. its just getting her to realize it before she goes thats the problem.

    I keep seeing a lot abou something called "3 day potty training" could someone please let me know what that is? thanks
