My dog is hiding in the bathtub...

...from my not so formible wrath.  DH has been exhausted this week, and so I decided to do one of his chores for him.  Duke, our dog, is a Westie, and REALLY needed a bath.  I washed him really well, with both his whitening shampoo and his oatmeal conditioner.  I made sure to even clean his butthole really well, which I find incredible disgusting.  (It is the poop petrified in the hair.  Vomit.)

How does my dog repay me?  By peeing ALL over the floor while I am toweling him off.  We aren't talking about a little sprinkle here.  I was looking for the ark in my bathroom.  Sigh.  DH wakes up from his nap, and tells me that the Swiffer will clean up the pee.  (No DH, Clorox Green Works will clean up the pee.)

The boys in my life aren't being very nice to me.  I need another beer.

    Though it sucks for you, it sounds quite comical for an observing outsider.  Sorry.  Enjoy TWO beers for that.

    This!  And ask for a sanitary clip for his bum.  Done well it doesn't look weird and it saves you from picking dingleberries out!

    We get him groomed about twice a year because he REALLY hates the groomer.  We have been to so many different ones, and we have just come to the conclusion that it is him.  I am making his next appointment on Monday though, because DH was supposed to make it 2 months ago, and our groomer has a month and a half wait-time.

    My life seems really ridiculously complicated when I type it out.  Embarrassed
