AF after a late loss

How long did it take for AF to return?  I delivered at 37 weeks.  Yesterday marked 8 weeks and nothing.  I've been charting, and according to FF I Od 16 days ago (not sure I agree - I think it might be an anovulatory cycle).  I'm not PG.  What gives?

    I had a super light AF about 5 and a half weeks after I delivered. I really hope yours shows up soon!!

    it can take a while sometimes up to 12wks.  i delivered wyatt at 32wks and i think i got af about 5 & 1/2 wks later but my af's always seem to come quick.  and like you i think all my cycles after giving birth or m/c are anovulatory.

    Agree with PP... I think you should call since it's been 8 weeks.  Maybe there's something your doctor can do for you.  GL!

    I agree you should call.  I delivered at 40 weeks and AF came at 7 weeks.

    My ob said it could take upto 12wks. I delivered on 5/22 and af came on 7/4

    Thanks, all. I do have a call in to my doctor (I called yesterday) so hopefully I'll hear something on Monday.

    I was still spotting like 3 or 4 weeks after delivery.  My first AF was crazy heavy, I even called the doctor cause I was bleeding so much, It was horrible.  I can't remember when she actually came tho.  She's visiting me for the first time since (its almost been 2 months) because of hormones my RE had me on. 

    I will gladly pass my AF dust to you!! I hope she comes soon!

    It took 12 weeks for mine to come back.  I called my doctor after 8 weeks, and he put me on birth control for one month to get my hormones straightened out.  I would call and see what they say.
