I don't fit in the booth!

So DH and went out for dinner at Texas Roadhouse tonight (not somewhere we usually would go, but the only place open past 10 pm around here). And guess what!?!? I barely fit in the booth! My tummy was pinched up against the table. And when we thought about moving we realized it was the only type of seating in the whole place (besides the bar). I felt like a whale, and DH wasn't a big help when he laughed and said "even the big, fat, old guys fit in these booths!".

Anyone else ever have this problem??

    I did with DS1 and I'm expecting it to happen with this one.  Good times. :)

    Tonight my friend and I went to Olive Garden and sat in a booth.  I'm plus sized to begin with, and have only gained 11 lbs.  but a little more on my tummy, and I won't be able to fit.  My stomach was less than 1/2 an inch from being pinched.

    And that's why all booths should have unattached tables so you can push the table toward the non-pregnant person you're with.

    This happened to me a few weeks ago. We went to California Pizza Kitchen with some friends and it was a TIGHT fit.

    yes! There's some places we go where I have to sit at a table instead of the booth because I just don't fit. Embarrassed

    There's a diner we go to that has pretty narrow seating for booths and last time we went my husband had to pull the table over closer to him. We haven't been there for a while and I'm a little concerned for our next visit.  The only other seats are at the counter on stools with no back support which would not be very comfortable for me.

    Yep. My husband and I went out to dinner the other night and had to be re-seated because I couldn't fit into the booth. I'm ALL belly. I didn't start gaining until recently, but man, I look like a watermelon smuggler.
