I found the recipe online. It's from the Moosewood Cookbook. I liked the soup but dh did not, in fact, he couldn't even eat it and that's only the 2nd time tha't happened in 8 years with a meal I cooked. He normally eats anything. We used button mushrooms but I think it would have been better with a mix of varieties. Dh said the mushrooms "tasted watery inside." I think they were just sliced a little too thick.

It looks good, though. I'll have to try it with the different mushrooms. Hungarian cooking has a lot of sour cream in it. I figure you really can't go wrong with sour cream. I'll have to let you know how it turns out. I'll run it by DH first, though. He like mushroom more than me.
