It isn't fair

I just found out that a little boy I always took care of at the hospital just passed away.  He had spina bifida.  He was 10 or 11 years old.  They said it was unexpected-that he hadn't been sick. He was literally the sweetest kid I have ever met.  I knew his mom really well from taking care of him all of his life.  I had told her that Ella had anencephaly right before I went out on maternity leave. We were crying together and talking about everything.  He heard us and started praying for Ella.  She had lost his twin during her pregnancy from a ntd and was pregnant again and due this month. I can't imagine what they are going through right now.  Please pray for them.

    I am so sorry Penny.  I just don't understand how the universe works.  They will definitely be in my prayers.
