I am on the March board but its funny they say were B*itches when they not only called us B*tches, but wished us a painful labor, and said our husbands must have small penises and thats why we are grumpy. Hmm thats not hypocritical or anything!

I don't know what it is about these boards, but I'm always attracted to the ones where the meanie heads hang out. I spent most of my time on the Knot on WW or P&E. Now the 2nd tri gang is full of bullies. I must just be a really bad person or my husband has a small penis and everyone should feel sorry for my unborn child.

I only get edgy when the word "karma" starts getting thrown around. I don't like the implication that something should happen to us, physically, or worse that something should happen to our little ones, because of snarky comments on a message board. That's taking it way too far.
To me, that pretty much blows whatever moral high ground you thought you were standing on right out of the water.

I love my March board, but I always cringe when someone starts a "the tri boards are full of meanies" thread. I'll defer to Buffy and say that it kind of makes me feel like Leah...while the March board get's all Gary'd.

Honestly, we're all either mothers or about to be mothers...so if someone doesn't have skin tough enough to deal with internet strangers how the heck are they going to survive having a child?!?!?! ::sigh::

Oh don't you love the hypocrisy. They have every right to comment on what they perceive to be bad behavior and name call, but if some else dares to do the same, they are a bunch of bullies.
My favorite part is that poster who was the most argumentative in the thread (the pot/kettle girl) ended her last point with something like, "Now I'm going to go live my life and not come back to this thread. Ta ta now."

Yeah, I had a good lol over that. I am always amazed how upset people get when it has nothing to do with them.
And frankly, if people are dissuaded from asking asinine questions b/c of the meanies well..awesome. I am more then happy to let their month board let them know it's a good thing that their baby is moving and other questions of that ilk.
