Bad idea to mess with a pregnant woman!

So I had my second appt scheduled for this morning at 8:00. They even called last night to remind me! But between yesterday and this morning, somebody cancelled it without notifying me.

So when I get to the doc, they had no record of an appointment, the receptionist called me a liar, so I then proceeded to make her listen to the vm of the lady calling to remind me of my appt lol! Then she told me it wasn't real since the lady who called didn't leave HER name, only the clinic name....BS!!!!

Needless to say when I through a fit and insisted on being seen that day, the ob felt bad enough to give me another ultrasound and promise one for the next appt as well!! yay for two free views of precious little baby!

OMG, go you! I'd be pissed too, glad you had that vm (I'd have deleted it already and been so mad at myself, ha!).

WOW some one needs to teach that woman some proper customer service skills. I'd write a complaint about her just to prove my point.

I would be pissed as well. I had a similar Dr office mistake at my appt on Mon. My Dr works out of 2 offices, one at the hospital and one 5 mins from my house. I had scheduled an appt for 9:10am Mon morning at the office closest to me. I even listened to the lady when she called to confirm. Well, I showed up and the receptionist said my Dr was in the other office today and I was mistaken when they said that office. I KNOW, I made it for that office b/c I drop my daughter off at school at 8:30 and would not have made it to the other office in time, plus my son has gym class at 9:30 and I was thinking, awesome, I can have my dad take him and I will still make it for the end. I was so pissed, and called my cousin, who told me they did that to her twice during her last pregnancy. UGH!!! I will now ALWAYS have them print out my appts and carry them with me to the office..
