  brown or reddish brown could both stand for spice (like cinnamon!) and both go nicely with pink! 

  for drinks you could have apple cider or fruit punch

  Spice cookies or Spice Cake, coffee or hot cocoa bar with toppings (sweet stuff and then cinnamon sticks for spice?), candy bar, I'm seeing tea party type foods. 

  Color wise-cinnamon or brown???

  I was definitely thinking cinnamon, too! I'm no good at food, but if you're doing favors for the adults, you could put cooking spices in a little packet. My friends did that at their wedding, and they had a cute saying on it. I wish I could remember it, but I can't.

  I saw a theme on it once & they had cinnamon & sugar mixed up in little salt shakers with a customized tag tied with a ribbon.  It was super cute!

  You could serve apple cider with the cinnamon candy cane sticks & whipped cream!
