did this happen to you while post-partum bleeding?

I had my c-section over two weeks ago. I bled a little bit in the hospital and it kind of tapered off after a week. After about a week of no bleeding, I had a giant rush of blood (just once.) Then last night after another week of no bleeding, I had another giant rush of blood. 

 Has this happened to anyone else??

    I've had a lot of complications with my c-section.. so I'm probably not a good reference.. but I'm still bleeding - and I delivered a month ago.  My bleeding will get very light and almost stop and then the next day will be super heavy again.   

    After not bleeding for two days this week.. I was bleeding super heavy last night and passed a clot the size of a friggin lemon... :(  

    I went to my doctor today.. he said that my uterus is still boggy and that it closes up like its supposed too - thats when my bleeding stops or is light.. but then it gets tired and will loosen up again - thats when the bleeding is heavy again.

     I've been on iron pills - and he's been checking my blood count - but he also said to help it stop and get stronger.. to massage the uterus every couple hours.

    I delivered vaginally and thought the bleeding was on its way out earlier this week, it was super light and mostly brown (gross, sorry)

    Then yesterday and today it's back in full force, complete with clots -- though no lemon sizes

    It's been really weird to readjust with the thought of having to check pads and make sure I have something tucked away in my purse when going out. Nine months of no periods spoiled me!

    I had a vaginal delivery, and hemeraged afterwards with very large cots. When I went home it just steady like a period. I thought it was getting better cause I could use regular pads, but I went to walmart, and I was in the bathroom section near the garden center when I felt a rush and knew I was going to leak. I tried getting back to my car, but it hit wayyyy to fast. By the time I got to the garden exit I was bleeding through my shorts. By the time I got to the car I had soaked them and I stripped down in the back of my trk try to put something else under me to catch it, when I passed a HUGE clot. Immediatly after passing it I stopped bleeding, and the days to follow it lighten up to just pinkish discharge. It really freaked me out and I was scared I was going to have to go back to the hospitol. Im 7 wks pp and no more spotting or bleednig.
