  I'm just putting Liam in a long sleeved onesie and an aden + anais muslin sleep sack - keeps him VERY warm.  Actually, sometimes I don't even use the onesie (granted I am down south, but that's my plan for when it gets cold).

  I think carters makes fleece sleepers. Maybe a fleece sleeper & a long sleeve fleece sleepsack? Even a onesie underneath it all - that may be too warm though?

  They are made without sleeves because they are safer.  The bulky material can lead to re-breathing and a suffocation risk.  I love how easy the Halo ones are to layer under.  We put LO in a long sleeve onsie and footed sleeper under during winter.  It's most important that their core is warm.
