The WW muffins are awesome.

I made them again and this time baked them twice as long and used white chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. I have eaten too many already.

Knew you would love them

I usually end up cooking them for at least 20 minutes, if not longer. They are very dense and we make them huge.

my oven must suck, i had to bake them almost 40 minutes. what temp do you use? i was just following the directions on the box that says 18-21 min at 350.

I usually set it a smidge higher than 350, but not 375. I start checking them at 20 minutes and I think they usually cook for 25-30 minutes. I fill the cups pretty full.

I love, love them! They do take much longer to bake, like Katie said, since they are dense. I made a batch earlier this week, 1/2 the batch I added butterscotch chips...Yum-O!

Then took them to class so I wouldnt eat them all!
