I would say no. Is it warm and hard to the touch?! I would call the doc right away just to have him check it. In the mean time you should ge a hot compress and put it on.

Staying a mystery until D day!!
Go in. A week after my section, my incision started draining pretty ferociously (brown/red slime). I called L&D and they told me to go to the ER. The draining slowed down, so I debated going it, but went anyway.
The doctor drained it manually. There was a whole pile of guck in there.
They will probably give you antibiotics...which, if you are BFing...will be difficult (baby screamed) so, just figure out a way to time them properly.
Go in...you don't want to be out of commission for any longer then absolutely necessary.
Mine was still oozing, but it wasn't an infection, I had a seroma. It had to be packed everyday for a week to soak everything up until it closed again. Definitely call.
I had oozing and bleeding until 6 weeks PP. I had it checked a couple of times and was told it wasnt infected. If it is it will smell bad and the area around it will be bright red. I would have it checked though (don't just talk to them on the phone) - I didn't think it looked right and was persistent. Fortunately in my case I was just a slow healer and all was ok.
