So after 1 year of trying and all test came back normal they sent to me a specialist. Day I met the specialist they drew a lot of blood from me and now I am taking my temp each day and taking an ovalation test.. I was suppose to go in the day I surged and then 5 and 10 days after that but I never surged and I am on day 18, is it possible it will yet happen? I did ovalation test before and it was always around day 14-15. So now I do not know what to do keep my appt with the specialist in 2 weeks or if I should call and ask if they want to see me since I didn't surge?
Re: specialist
I agree with calling to check, but to give you hope, with DD, I O'd at something like day 22 (don't remember exactly without going to check charts) - and all worked out well for me
Are you taking your temp at the same time every day, right when you wake up? (before moving around or getting out of bed?) - doing so will give you the most accurate readings. And maybe a stupid question, but you are using a basal thermometer, right?

I agree with pp that it wouldn't hurt to call.
How often are you taking the ovulation test? I know the test instructions say later in the day but I would never get a surge unless I used FMU.
If you can get OPK and PG tests at most Dollar Tree stores that work just as well as the more expensive name brand. You can also order strips on line that are around $0.25 each. Whenever I would finally get a +, I would double check with a more expensive or digital test. For most of the cheap tests you need to pee in a cup. I reused a smaller plastic cup that I kept in the bathroom drawer.
Also, do not dump your FMU until you get test results!! Once you have a possible BFP, you will want to be able to test again with a digital.
Good luck in your TTC! It took us over a year to conceive so I understand the struggles.
I would call your doctor. As a couple who spent 10 yrs trying and numerous "specialist". All I can say is skip the others and go straight to the top. Call these people at The Center of Reproductive Medicine. Here is their link: https://www.ivfminnesota.com/. I wish you all the best and pray your struggle will not last as long as ours did. Thanks!
