Does anyone have a natural birth plan they'd be willing to share as a guideline or template? Or a link to one you like? Thanks!

Dang, I looked all over for mine from 2 years ago and can't find it anywhere. Sorry I'm not a lot of help but I think I seperated it by stages of labor & delivery. Eg., During Labor: I do not want any type of induction, I want to be able to walk around during labor, I do not want to be offered pain meds, I do not want any unnecessary internal exams. While Pushing: I want to be in whatever position is most comfortable, I have no interest in looking at a mirror to see the baby crown. After Deliver: I would like to hold the baby immediately & nurse as soon as possible, DH does not want to cut the cord.

We were also semi high risk (chance of DS having hemophilia- bleeding disease) so there were a lot of specifics about not using any interventions that might cause bleeding or hemoraging (vacuum, etc.).
