Can I add a "funny" to the topic of the day?!?!?

I work in a clinic, and the nurse practitioner that I work under was telling us stories of when she worked in L&D. I have to share these two!

First one, she said she was discharging a woman and her baby. One of the questions she asked was, "Has you milk come in yet?" To which the lady replied, "Oh no. I'm going to pick that up next week."

Bhahaha! I thought this was hilarious!

Second has nothing to do with the topic, but I thought it was great anyway! She was admitting a woman into the hospital.

She asked "Are you allergic to any medications?"

"Pitossium."

"Potassium?"

"No, pitossium."

"Okay, what does it do to you?"

"It makes me have cramps."

"OhhhhKayyy. Anything else?

"Yeah, epidermious."

"Epidurals?"

"No, epidermious."

"What does it do to you?"

"It makes my legs go numb."

And this lady was one her second kid.....:)
