TTC After a Loss
I should be thankful for Job interviews.
But when a temp agency calls me and tell me about this job for an account rep, would be sitting with CEO's and working with companies to build a partnership on this business.
I was like humm that sounds awesome
The girl from the temp agency says, yea you would need to be very professional, their dress code is suits.
Ok I can manage that..
Then she say, the pay is only $8.50 an hour.
WTF? I can work at walmart for $11 and not have to go buy more suits for it..
This economy sucks.

what in the world type of CEO's would that be working with? CEO of the pump-n-go gas station for $8.50 an hour? what kind of talent do they think they'll get for 8.50/hr?

This was a call this afternoon. I have 2 interviews tomorrow.
When this temp agency called about this they wanted me to go in Friday but with already 2 interviews I told her I could not. She than made me feel like I was wasting a perfect job. Than dropped the $8.50 an hour on me.
Seriously? I'm not going to be buying $80 to $100 suits for a job that will hardly put gas in my truck.
What?!?? That's it? You can work in a gas station for more than that. Who do these people think they are going to get to work for that little?
