HELP! How do I put a playpen up?

I never had one with Justin. I'm babysitting and they brought a playpen for the baby to sleep in. I've tried for half an hour to put the stupid thing up. I just pinched my finger in it so hard that it immediately turned black and blue and started bleeding..... I'm feeling really dumb right now.

It's a graco, a newer one.  I can't get any of the latched to lock.

    Got it! Thank goodness for the internet.....Already bled through one band aid though. I bet I'm the only person ever to injure themselves setting up a pack and play

    You have to push the floor of the play pen down last. Lock all of the sides before you push the middled down and it should work... GL hope your finger is ok!
