  I like Tomorrow's Child in Mechanicsburg.  BUT...lately I have been gettng better deals at actual stores than what I can normally get at consignment stores.

  I live on the West Shore, yet spend a lot of time on the East Shore and have been to many in the area (both shores).  I will have to say 2 hands down the best childrens consignment/used clothing store inthe area is Once Upon A Child on the East Shore.

  BFP #1= DD, We've been TTC DC #2 since 8/11. BFP #2 on 4/18/12, BO confirmed on 5/21/12, natural mc 0n 6/1/12. BFP #3 on 10/11/12....
