I am 10lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. I am eating pretty clean and only drinking water. Am I just holding on to this last little bit because I am breastfeeding? Or do I need to cut some more and up my workouts to get the rest off? Or will it come off once I am finished BFing?
I am back in most of my clothes but feel like I have this layer of fat over my entire body still. I started my C25K program back up (I was walking previously) but only on Wk 1 Day 2.
