Rights after returning to work

anyone dealt with this? What are our rights after we go back to work (assuming you returned within the job protection time frame)?

    Rights to what, exactly?  The only "additional" right you have as mother that other employees don't have is related to BF'ing.  Is that what you're referring to?

    What kind of leave was it?  Maternity?  Disability?  FMLA?

    I think you need to talk to your HR to determine what exactly your "rights" are.

    I'm also confused.  What kind of rights are you referring to?  You have the right to pump while at work, but other than that you don't get any additional "mommy" rights.
