As long as it is frozen, you can take it with you. Mine was actually thrown away on my recent trip b/c it wasn't frozen (seriously?!?!), but when I came back home, it was fine b/c it was frozen. I didn't even think to freeze it when I left b/c I wasn't taking any milk with me! I had a TON of BM coming back, and I had no troubles at all. They did test all of it though, so that took a little while.
I took BM with blue medela freezer pack last month and had no problems... they even "searched" my diaper bag/cooler on the way home and found no probs so I would assume freezer packs are allowed. Happy travels!
My sister just did this last weekend when she came to visit us. She has a 3 month old and needed to pump to keep up her supply since he did not come on the trip. She pumped every 2 hours, so she had a crap load of milk. She printed the TSA policy to take with her just in case the agent wasn't familiar with the policy. She got a cooler back pack from Target for $25 and a couple of freezer ice packs to pack into the cooler. None of the milk was frozen and she went through just fine. They didn't even look into her bag or anything. GL!

This was exactly my concern. I should be able to have it pretty much frozen solid coming and going. Thanks for your responses!
