We ordered our crib from JCPenny's and we use our Ikea Hemnes dresser top for a changing station. IMO changing tables are kind of a waste, just putting a chaning pad on top of a low dresser works just as well and you continue to use the dresser well after they are out of diapers.
I couldn't recommend Great Beginnings more - they have the most fablous furniture. Both of mine have Munire sets that will grow with them until, well...forever! They are in Gaithersburg, so it's a drive, but well worth it.

Ditto this- I rec'd a nice enough changing table as a hand-me-down along w/ a glider and Pali brand crib when I was pregnant w/ DD. When I got pregnant w/ DS and we decided to do a shared nursery we returned the changing table and used a matching dresser and chest of drawers to provide storage for both children.
Also once your little one is able to pull up, he or she will likely be able to "clean" out the shelves of a changing table pretty quickly- - just something to think about.
