1. Do you have your little one on a schedule? If you do at what age did you start?
2. How old is your little one and what is his/her schedule?

Re: Schedules??
For us, setting a schedule didn't really start until at least 2 months, maybe 3.
Our 3 1/2 year old seemed more regimented (at the time) than does our 7 month old. But that could also have to do with having our 7 month old fit in to our life/schudule, not us to hers.
My 7 month old wakes up about 6 -6:30, and just now went down for a nap (since we haven't left the house, but if we were on the road or out and about she would have passed out in the car as soon as we were out the door).
Goes down for naps anytime between 9 am- noon
Is up for a few hours
Naps again about 5-6 pm for an hour or so
Then is pretty much ready for bed by 8 or 9 pm.
Cameron didn't really show any identifiable "patterns" until he was 3 months old or so. And even then, it changed every few weeks, if not weekly.
Now (at 9 months) he has a pretty consistent "schedule", but it's based more on the passage of time than specific times.
He generally wakes up for the day sometime between 7 & 9.
2 hours after he gets up, he's ready for his first nap. He generally naps for at least an hour and a half, but can go 2.5+ hours easily, depending on things. Saturday morning he napped for 3.5 hours.
After his morning nap, he's usually good for about 3 hours or so before he's ready for another nap. Again, this is usually at least 1.5 hours, but can vary depending on the length of the morning nap.
Depending on how early he started his day and the length of the other naps, he sometimes needs an early evening nap. Then he's usually ready for bed around 9-ish.
We had no schedule at all until I went back to work at 9 weeks, then by necessity Cooper had to get up at the same time every (weekday) morning. This meant he was ready for bed around the same time every night. Naps and eating were still all over the place for several more months.
He settled into a very nice nap schedule from about 5 to 7 months old. Then we changed daycares when he was 8 months and it all flew out the window. His naps are now pretty unpredictable but he normally gets up between 7 and 8 and goes to bed between 8 and 9. We've always fed on demand and only gotten more "scheduled" since he's started eating solid foods at every meal.
My advice is be flexible and expect change, given time most kids seem to find their own perfect schedule.
At your lo's age we were on th e.a.s.y routine. It really depended on what time he woke up for the day but we were flexible.
Eat
Activity 1-1.5 hours
Sleep times varied
Your time (while he sleeps)
repeat until bed around-9: 9:30 which varied on him due to time he woke in the a.m. and naps. This is when our evening routine began also (boob, bath, book, bed)
We try but it isn't set in stone. We usually give her a bath at 7:30 or 8 pm, read her 2-3 books, nurse and put her to sleep. She typically wakes up to start her day around 8:30-9 am and wants to nap around 11...sometimes it's 10 sometimes it's 12 but typically around 11 give or take. She also takes a nap around 2 or 3 and sometimes around 5 or 6 if the first two naps were short/interrupted like if it was in the car or something. She typically naps for 30 minutes but the afternoon nap can sometimes be a 60-90 minute nap.
That's about it really. She nurses every 3-4 hours during the day and 1-2 times at night (I think because she's teething...was STTN until about 5 months and still gives me a good 6 hour stretch every few nights). I fed her solids around 10 am and at 7 pm.
That's the closest to a schedule I am able to keep. If we're out and about, she'll fight her nap so I try to be home for her to nap during those times but sometimes it just doesn't work out.
