  As someone who had a child that screamed day in and day out regardless of what I did, I can't imagine two but someone did suggest ear plugs.  It makes the comforting a little less harsh on the ears.

  Sorry, I remember days like this. You feel like you might need to be committed.

  Definitely have DH take a turn and maybe get out of the house for a while to get away from it all.
