Cleaning pump parts...turning black
I can not figure out any way to get up in the little crevices of the parts. I try to let them soak for a while in hot water, hoping it will get up in there to get it clean, but there is no brush small enough to get up in the corners of the valve, etc. and it is starting to turn black. That can't be good. I have two sets of everything that I switch back and forth with, but can not afford to just keep buying more parts. Any one find a good way to get into these small areas to clean?

You could try scraping it out with a toothpick...and make sure everything is nice and dry before re-assembling.
