I want to make one but I feel like I never have time! What did you use to make your book?

I made a book on shutterfly. Every month since she was born, I would fill a page with pictures so it wasn't a huge project at one time. It's still going to need some tweaking, but it will be complete when she's one and I plan on giving a copy to my parents and in-laws (and maybe DD's aunts & uncles) for Christmas.

I'm in the process of making one on Shutterfly of her first year. I plan on doing this every year. Lesson learned though, as I am spending a few hours every night here lately working on this thing, is to do it a little at a time over the course of the year.

I bought one from Target that you are supposed to fill in as the year goes along. I've been filling it out but I'm not crazy about all the things it suggests so I'm going to do one on shutterfly using the ideas in the one I bought as a template. I haven't done it yet, but I'm hoping it won't be a huge project as I've been keeping notes all year long. We'll see though.

I have a private blog written to and for Sabrina that includes EVERYTHING- firsts, growth info etc, and, of course, gobs of pictures. My plan is turn it into a book through the likes of Blurb.com! I'm very much looking forward to this project!

I'm making the baby book up to date and I made a book with maternity-birth-newborn pro photos on Snapfish and plan to make another Snapfish book with 3-6-12 month and first birthday pro photos

I've started making one on Snapfish including his monthly "onesie" shots, the monthly letters I write to him on my blog and various favorite photos from each month. I plan to print three copies - one for us and one for each set of grandparents (they will get an IOU at Christmas since DS' birthday is 12/24).

Our copy will serve as his baby book since I never picked up a traditional one.

I made a scrapbook documenting his first year and plan to do the same for my next child. Every year after that I will do an online book, like from shutterfly. I also have my blog that documents his life and sometime I would like to get that printed out.

I'll probably do the Snapfish book, but DH and I plan on making a DVD with short videos, music, and photos from the year 2010 so it's not DD specific although it will mostly revolve around her, so that way when we have more kids we can have a family DVD scrapbook instead of spending tons of $ on a yearly scrapbook for each child. We want a big family (7-10 kids natural and adopted) so this is the most economic way for us to document our lives.
