Healthy snacks!

So I am only 7 weeks along and my pants are definitely feeling tighter.  I am hungry all of the time and all I want to do is eat.  What are some healthy snacks that you keep with you to help your cravings?  I am a teacher so anything easy that I can eat quickly would be great!!!

  • I have been eating string cheese, greek yogurt, cheese and crackers! I also eat pretzel but they don't have protein!! Good luck! My pants are tight too!

  • Baby carrotts, unsalted nuts and dried fruit, fresh fruit, string cheese, nonfat plain Greek yogurt, mini whole wheat bagel with all natural peanut butter, plain rice cakes, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, hummous, mini whole grain crackers.

  • trail mix, V8 in the single serve cans, sour patch kids (ok not the healthiest, but fat free and make me feel less nauseated), I also keep a can of pineapple in my tote bag on most days :)

  • popcorn (the salt helps with the m/s too!), baby carrots, celery, and grapes have been some of my faves. Oooh and I an cut up a nectarine and munch on that. It is so yummy.

  • Apples, trail mix, wheat thins, and string cheese

    Jolly ranchers for in between, helps with m/s

  • Hummus and pita chips have gotten me through.  It doesn't take much because there is protein and I feel fuller a little longer.
