What do you do with nipples, pacies your LO doesn't use anymore?

I have bunch of newborn pacis and slow, medium flow nipples DS doesn't use anymore. What do I do with it? Save it for the next baby? throw it out? (I feel bad about throwing anything out that belongs to DS).

I have them packed up in the baby tub to use for the next time!

I gave the nipples to a friend and threw the paci's out. On the MAM packaging it says don't use longer than two months. It's probably a gimmick to get you to buy more but I still adhere to that rule.

I have kept only the paci the hospital issued (her first bink) and one of each size paci so far. The nipples I threw out, but kept one of the slow and one of the medium, just in case she ever isn't feeling well or something and needs a slower flow. I wouldn't keep any of the above for #2. All new for #2 since they are dirt cheap anyway.

EDIT - - The things I kept, are kept in her memory box. Not for future use, is what I was trying to say...
